Taxonomic Information
This species is sometimes included under the genus Pseudocopera Fraser, 1922, but its placement in it is still debated. Hence, it is tentatively listed here under Copera, which is currently a standard treatment.

This species is known to occur in Japan, South Korea, and China. The observation reported here, from eastern Assam, is the first record from NE India.
