This common species has been recorded so far from Andaman & Nicobar Islands UT, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir UT, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal within the Indian limits.
